Can't install CLI

I'm upgrading the CLI since the warning of unsupported kubernetes version.
The latest exe doesn't work. It start but nothing happens

I've uninstalled, the CLI the same happens if i try to install from scratch

@ciacco85 what OS are you using? Are you able to see any logs in the log folder ($TMPDIR/Azure Dev Spaces on Mac/Linux, %TEMP%/Azure Dev Spaces on Windows)?

All Errors come from the stdout of "azds up"

@ciacco85 Can you also share the logs files matching the pattern %TEMP%\Azure_Dev_Spaces_*.log to confirm the issue with installer?
