Permission denied error trying to debug a single C# module in VS2022 #395

I've followed along exactly as the instructions in this tutorial state however I keep getting this error whenever I try to run my module.

Hi @scout208

We have recently published a new way to develop/test and debug module using CLI. Though the new article is on VSCode, the most steps should be applicable to using VS for debugging. Please take a look and follow the new steps and let us know if the steps work
