confirmed with the maintainer. my PR requires winget 1.4 to support nested portable installer. I'm marking the PR as Draft and leaving it open till 1.4 is out.

Just tried to install from winget, but looks like kubelogin is not properly added on path (or alias is not working as expected) as kubelogin is not available on command line, even after a machine restart.

@ggirard07 this is a known issue fixed in microsoft/winget-cli#3002. Wnget team will make a new release this week (v1.5.1081-preview).
