pkg.go.dev reference doc links for stable Go client libraries are missing from the GitHub IO Azure SDK Releases page.
Interestingly beta releases have the correct link.

@sandeep-sen the stable packages are supposed to link to mslearn not godev. If that is something we want to change then we can update the template at https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk/blob/main/_includes/releases/variables/go.md

@weshaggard we should update these links for Go to pkg.go.dev for now, as we are not moving to ms learn any time soon.
