I ran Bicep Dev container on latest VS code failed,the screenshot is below,any suggestions?

@teo-ma Which Mac are you on? I've had similar-looking issues stemming from M1 chip architecture.

This repo is quite outdated! Let me update it...

I've pushed some updates s.t. the container build process is now working on my M1 Mac (previously - I believe we were making assumptions about the processor architecture).

I'm still hitting issues using az bicep commands however. @teo-ma are you able to test this out?
