Use (cold) blue of slow speeds and (hot) red for fast speeds, clearly show
those encountered traffic jams.

r61: Incomplete - task 7: Use coloring of the route line to display relative 
speed 



- Red for stopped/slow
- Green for started/fastest
Both on average speeds and measured speeds or a single color.

Colors at the border still need some mapbrowserspeed tweaker, the line points 
are to
many there for good coloring.
