F16-F17 alteration

This is an altered release that uses F16 and F17 as brightness down and brightness up, respectively.

Use this with Karabiner-Elements set like this:

Now your actual Apple brightness keys are controlling the brightness of your displays, via the normal BezelServices OSD!
