DictatorRTS

Description: Single Player RTS TOW (Take Over World). -Graphics. -Entities. -Path Engine.

Needs to be a reason to replay game, randomly generate world on load, or have a static world and randomly generate what nation you play as? Time period needs to be decided - use early 1900, before nukes. Need resource system, start with base amount of resources, need labours to collect more. - Creating more units and going on a sortie costs resources Units should be generated with random stats. - aka: you cant just make a population of pilots for your aircrafts - you need to have a unit born with a good aircraft stat

Since this is a dictator RTS we need some kind of population control system. - Units will have a tolerance level before they will disobey your commands and start a coup. - Need to keep Units happy so they don't start a coup. - Alternatively you can keep them so depressed they wont even try starting a coup

Diplomatic relations with other nations for trade. - Needs to be a method of trading resources with other countries. - Countries you are actively running sorties against wont trade with you, and there allied countries may charge more for resources. - View to be Orth but more on birds eye - need to work out which angle. - Fog of war. - Not building Required - you setup Laws/Zones to be build with the populous filling in your demands. - Elections - must stay in power or game over. everything 3 years - need to work out time variance. - How long will a game will last.

Tutorial as a Dictator (You father is a Dictator and you will need to go to school to become a dictator.)

Each game will be Unique with your dad dying in different ways - you could be the one who killed him or as simple as tripping down the stairs.

conquest of a country-state. -How to treat people. (Slaves, Killing, Merge Population) -Recourse, Trade Routes - only if not enemy. -Rename of Country.

Menu, Saving, Configuration to be added last. (Random World Generator sounds good, Not need for a Editor)

So we need some kind of Tech Path - Ideas for Expanding Ideas - Alien/New Planets - Player Based Mods for New Tech. (Different Time Zones). (Torture Techniques)
