How to install YouCompleteMe in babun for vim #867

I want to install YouCompleteMe for vim that is defaultly installed in babun, I wonder whether there is any easy way to do it.

Stop using Babun, it hasn't been updated in over 2 years and everything will frequently break. Use Cygwin or MinGW/MSYS2 instead

but do they have support for things like ohmyzsh? do they look complete?
