NGE nodes and ports exposed on frame don't export

In NGE if a port from a block or an input node are flagged as visible on frame and then the frame is exported the flag is not saved. When importing the custom frame the visible inputs or ports show they did not save flags. This behavior works in NME, but in NGE there is a missing parallel likely when serializing the frame content to json.
