We already have /admin/reports/fields and #449 is in the works. I think it would be useful to also have a list of all entity types and their bundles. For D7, there's the contrib Entity Type Browser:

While this is useful for developers, I'm not sure how much benefit it would be to the majority of Backdrop site builders. Could we perhaps just port it over as a contrib module?

for a developper : devel/entity/info is OK…
