25em, 34em, 48em, 62em, and 75em

Should talk about 'why ems' in media queries

How some of our em based components can be easily scaled.

Would like to document the decisions made in Basis better

Should document Backdrop.featureDetection, etc etc

I think it's a pretty good start. Most of it is there. I say we put a link on Backdrop even with this draft since it can always be improved.

@wesruv - Thanks to @herbdool for leaving a comment to remind me to take a look at your documentation for Basis. My apologies - completely forgot about the mention and am still learning to navigate my way around GitHub.

Your documentation is excellent! Easy to read, good author voice (not too technical), and seems to have covered the basics of what one would need to know. I think I'll go through and make one following your instructions to ensure they don't throw me a curveball of something you assumed someone would already know. I sincerely doubt it, but that would be the true test to see if I could implement what you wrote step-by-step.
