Description of the bug
I had a D7 site that used the File Entity module. Site was upgraded to Backdrop 1.13. Content including files were added. I would expect the files added to Backdrop to update with Fields. After updating to 1.14 files added while using Drupal now have all the correct fields and the File Types from the Drupal site appeared.
I ran the Cron to update the files without issue until I got to the files added while using Backdrop. After getting to those files I now get an error when initiating the Cron and only one file at a time updates with the Fields.
I also get this same message when going to manage file and reuploading the image. The file, however updates with the correct fields after using the back button on the browser and refreshing.
I don't know if this is my site or if it is a bug with Backdrop. Perhaps others have had the same problem.

I got to the end of the files. They are now all updated with file types and fields. It would've been much faster if the cron did more than one at a time.
