Note: the number type (and options like min, max, step) doesn't show up in the Form API Reference page, either.

@klonos Could you please move this issue to (or close this and open a new one) in the https://github.com/backdrop-ops/api.backdropcms.org/issues repo instead?

We did have number fields mentioned in backdrop-ops/docs.backdropcms.org#6 but that was closed and no follow-up issues made for the new/updated fields we need to document...
