"Select All" checkbox should not select visually hidden rows

Description of the bug

Follow-up to #5257, where quick filtering was added to the SimpleTest admin listing. If rows are hidden visually, I expect that only the shown rows would be selected when using the "Select All" checkbox at the top of the table.

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /admin/configuration/testing
2. Type a filter value like "Block"
3. Click the "Select All" checkbox at the top of the table.
4. Now remove the filter to show all tests again.

Actual behavior

All checkboxes for all tests are checked.

Expected behavior

Only the tests that were shown in the filter should have been checked.
