View only showing download link to admin

View not showing file for download to specific role

Description of the bug

View doesn't show file field for authenticated role or custom roles and there's no apparent permission related to content files. It's shown for admin and shown at the node for other roles. It doesn't show for anonymous users either.

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a content type with a file field.
2. Create a content view with the file field as "Download link".
3. Log out and the view doesn't show the file.

Actual behavior

Doesn't show the file.

Expected behavior

Show the file.
