Remove the "Layout" part from the layout names in the layouts list.

Change "Default Layout" and "Default Administrative Layout" to simply "Default" and "Default Administrative" respectively. This is to avoid redundancy (using the "layout" word in every layout name) and to be consistent with other places. For example, we don't add the word "theme" or "module" or "view" next to the themes\modules\vies lists.
