Remove existing sample templates from this mono-repo

Possible Implementation

NOW: We announce the community (using changesets, Discord and community session)

2 WEEKS: Update the description of sample templates in the mono-repo to show a warning to users ingesting them, so that they can start using their own templates (possibly by forking https://github.com/backstage/software-templates)

4 WEEKS: Remove templates from the mono-repo.

Context

Since we have "new" templates over here https://github.com/backstage/software-templates/tree/main/scaffolder-templates, there is no need for the existing sample templates in the mono-repo.
