Bagisto:v1.4.3

Bagisto-bulk-upload:v1.3.3

Description
When the bulk upload status is off in the admin end, It is showing in the catalog.

How to reproduce

  1. Go to the admin panel
  2. Select configure ->select bulk upload -> status is off.
  3. Select catalog -> manage bulk upload is showing.

Actual result:
It is showing in the catalog.

Excepted result: The status of bulk upload should be working.
