Issue Description

While trying to edit the channel so got an exception.

Preconditions

  1. Admin should be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to 'Admin panel'
  2. Click on 'Edit channel' inside the Setting/Channel
  3. See the error

Expected Result

It should not be shown any exceptions.

Actual Result

Showing an exception while clicking on the edit button. Here
