Instead of having a local file and hash, we get the date from the last transaction in YNAB and get all transactions since then. Thanks to #121 YNAB can detect any duplicates so this works.
Since we're changing the whole flow and need to do a major bump anyway, this also rename
SLEEP_INTERVALtoSLEEP_INTERVAL_SECONDS.Draft because I want to test this locally a few days (looking good so far).
Fixes #123
