Allow to Coverage directory to be saved at custom path

Currently, coverage directory is created at root level of the project and could not able to save it into custom path/directory.

For example: I wanted to have coverage dir under user created testresult dir rather than in root directory

I have the same need. We have custom config files under cypress/config so the coverage folder is created in the config folder due to that being the location at which the plugin is registered with setupNodeEvents(). Since there isn't a way to specify the coverage folder's path, the result is this unintuitive location. It would be nice to have the ability to specify a path.

Setting the report-dir property doesn't seem to work. Regardless of that setting, the coverage folder appears to be placed wherever setupNodeEvents() is defined.
