Visual Studio cannot create browsing database file #1

If you try to create or open project in Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition on a cppcryptfs drive letter, then Visual Studio cannot create the program database file.

This is a Dokany issue

dokan-dev/dokany#264

This appears to not be reproducible with new installs of Visual Studio 2015 and later. It is still an open Dokany issue, though. Previous versions of Visual Studio are still affected.
