Support input pattern config

Since streams-bootstrap 2.1.0, there are two new config fields for input topics: input-pattern and extra-input-patterns. These should be visualized in the streams-explorer. Patterns should be resolved either against all known topics from streams-explorer or against the list of Kafka topics. This would require a Kafka connection
