As long as running tests with via IR is not viable in forge, deploying from artifact is an option. See https://github.com/ProjectOpenSea/seaport/blob/2ff6ea378d484019647a0cc28a5552d9b184ee2e/test/foundry/new/helpers/BaseSeaportTest.sol#L120 for reference.
