This PR sets up things for E2E on Mac:

  • download a public image of balenaos
  • set up a virtual drive to work as a target

Then runs two e2e flows:

  • "Flash with URL"
  • "Flash from File"

It also:

  • fix the lack of targets when flashing multiple times in a row (blocker for the tests)
  • fix husky setup for husky 5+
