Description:
We need to do following tasks

  • Release Java17 supported custom JRE
  • Add a workflow to move dependencies from github release to s3 buckets
  • Change update tool server to update dependency location correctly
  • Migrate distribution repo and pack Java17 for installers and zip files
  • Make Update tool support for Java 17
  • Update publish distribution workflow with new dependency
