Description

When you create a new project using a template hosted in Central, the org name in the Ballerina.toml that gets generated has the org name of the template. It would be better if the user's org name is given there when generating.

Also, it seems to be simply copying the Package.md of the template for the new project. Shouldn't the template for the project's Package.md and the template's Package.md be different? e.g., maybe require the template Package.md to have a certain file name, say Package.md.template, which would contain the Package.md template for projects and then you can have the regular Package.md which would be the Package.md file of the template package which gets rendered in Central.
