Can't switch back to 2201.0.0-rc1 after switching to an older version

Description:
$title, tried switching back from beta6.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the installer for 2201.0.0-rc1 and switch to 2201.0.0
2. Switch to slbeta6
3. Switch back to 2201.0.0, resulted in the following.

$ bal dist use 2201.0.0
Distribution '2201.0.0' not found
Run 'bal dist pull 2201.0.0' to fetch and set the distribution as the active distribution

~/.ballerina/ballerina-version had

ballerina-slbeta6

Manually updating it to ballerina-2201.0.0 switched the version.
