Since I'm working on this project for ZOO-1849 I figured might as well go through the readme & clean it up. Removed some dead links, fixed some markdown linting issues.

FYI: the build failed because many of the tests are associated with a test MID that has the maximum number of payment profiles associated with it, so some calls related to payment profiles are failing for that specific mid in the tests. |

I've looked through the read me changes. All looks good to me. |
