1. Some organizational changes …

   * Moved the paragraph outlining the motivation for the `Lineage` feature to Statement of Need section
   * Created some sub-headings in the features section. They are a bit generic-sounding, so you may want to make them a bit more specific to this package.
   
   The current text flows from describing the in-memory operation of `Taxonomy.DB` to its API. I think it would be clearer to address these as separate features under their own sub-heading.
