Paths

1. Wallpapers are stored in C:\Windows\Web
   Regional wallpapers on Windows 7 are stored in C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT

2. Cursors are stored in C:\Windows\Cursors

3. Sounds are stored in C:\Windows\Media

4. Icons are stored in C:\windows\SystemResources\<dll_name>.dll.mun or C:\windows\System32\<dll_name>.dll
