The API (https://account.blizzard.com/api/games-and-subs) has stopped reporting partner games like CoD. We have to find alternative solution to report all owned games.

One idea is to rely on https://account.blizzard.com/api/transactions

In worst case scenario we can base on local client.

[Added]
- W3 game id - should be shown now
- CoD:MW2CR id but apparently blizzard API has changed #24 so still does
not shows

[Fixed]
- Installing Diablo III CN (d3cn)
- Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne id so should be shown now by @BanCrash

[Removed]
- Destiny 2 as it is no more available via battlenet

[Changed]
- Games id transition for better code and d3cn issue. As a side effect all blizzard games will be "recently added" again.
