This GitHub release accompanies our paper, "A unified approach to evolutionary conservation and population constraint in protein domains highlights structural features and pathogenic sites," accepted in principle by Communications Biology. It provides the version of the code used for analyses and figure generation in the study.

Includes:

  • Core Dataset: Aggregated statistics from Pfam-A, gnomAD, ClinVar, and PDBe databases.
  • Notebooks for Analysis: R notebooks for statistical computations and figures as detailed in the paper.
  • Manuscript Figures Generation: Scripts to reproduce manuscript figures.
