Add an option to CLI to change RESTCONF path format to bierman-02. By default rfc8040 path format is used. rfc8040: /data/ is used bierman-02: /config/ and /operational/ is used in paths Signed-off-by: Ivan Hrasko <ivan.hrasko@pantheon.tech>
