This change cleans up legacy handling for TYPO3 versions below v10 LTS. In addition, v12 support was added by migrating the backend preview to a ES6 module and the new v12 format (label/icon/value instead of 0,1,2). The hook 'tt_content_drawFooter' and its addition still does not work with TYPO3 v12 as the hook has been removed.
