Replace gulp-ruby-sass with gulp-sass in tests #6

Currently gulp-ruby-sass is used during testing, but gulp-sass is used to create the official distro files. Use gulp-sass for testing to be consistent.

I'm going to work on fixing this now. I don't want to have to go down the route of installing node-sass to get my branch up and running.
