Running pow with vpn connection causes gray screen of death

I currently have no clue what the root cause of this is, but I consistently get the OS X gray screen of death when I'm running pow and then connect to a vpn (using the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client).

Anyone else seen anything like that?

I've also experienced this behaviour, the only way I've got round it is uninstalling pow and removing the file /etc/resolver/dev, then using the VPN. After I'm done with the VPN I re-install pow again.

We're rolling out a new DNS system, hopefully that might help you out.

@josh I am having the same issue with ML/Cisco AnyConnect VPN and pow. Removing pow resolves the issue, but I love using pow to develop my rails app... any further developments or solutions? Thanks!

Still an issue for me as well.

I'm able to use Shimo (which uses the open source Cisco lib vpnc) and pow without and issue ... You may be able to use that as an alternative.
