- front page documentation describes the need for Cairo graphics and points to where to get it
- front page documentation updated for the latest version of the .ini file configuration capabilities

…ally there is no code change - all that is required is that symbols should be in the correct font. And the absolutely best font to use for symbols is Segoe UI Symbol
