App's tooltip won't close

I have this annoying tootltip from zoom that won't go away, even though I am not hovering anything

This went away after killing zoom, though. But it was visible on every workspace, and I couldn't focus or close the tooltip.

It happened to me once before, but at that time, I just went to the app that causes the tooltip immediately and retriggered the tooltip by hovering, and unhovering closed the tooltip. But today, I didn't know what I hovered to cause this tooltip, so this annoyed me for a few hours I was on the zoom call.

I often have this exact problem with Firefox on Ubuntu 22.04, so I don't think this is a bspwm thing.

Maybe it's not a bspwm thing, but it is some thing nonetheless. I thought its a bspwm thing because I don't remember having it in any other DE/WM I used.

Also, I can't reproduce it either. I don't know why the tooltip just gets detached sometimes. I have tried triggering a tooltip and moving to other workspaces, but ig it only causes the issue when I least need it.
