  1. Update to fix issue batocera-linux#4130 

    Proposition to fix PPSSPP gamecontrollerdb problem. See issue batocera-linux#4130 batocera-linux#4130 
The joystick doesn't work on PPSSSP because the dpdown value (a1) and the dpup value (a1) are the same, the two of them are positive. Idem for dpleft and dpright.
We need to do respect the sign for dpad "axis".
