I haven't tested this, but this person claims Bluez 5.73 has fixed some controller issues.

if you didn't test this so why you pr? You realize you can break everything if patches don't apply anymore right?

@Ntemis You are right - this doesn't build.

Original idea is that somebody (who has done lots of testing) had mentioned BlueZ 5.73 fixing controller issues for him (so upgrade could theoretically fix some issues in Batocera without spending lots of time investigating the issues), also I didn't see any patch files in https://github.com/batocera-linux/buildroot/tree/br2-external/package/bluez5_utils and https://github.com/batocera-linux/buildroot/tree/br2-external/package/bluez5_utils-headers
But obviously I have missed something as this doesn't seem to build (for rk3326 at least).
