Example implementation of OpenTransactions as e-wallet (public or 1-user-private)

This is very pre-alpha code!!! Full of bugs and things to fix! 
Use ONLY for proof of concept that OpenTransactions can be 
in fact used from PHP application working as form of e-wallet.


Files are being moved to the repository now.
