Initial BSD port of JDK 21

This version of the port passes basic smoke testing and is able to self host. It has been successfully built on some combinations of FreeBSD 12, 13 and 14 for the aarch64, amd64, and x86 architectures.

Although these are untested, it may also build on other recent FreeBSD releases for the powerpc64 architectures, and recent OpenBSD and NetBSD releases for the aarch64, amd64 and x86 architectures.
