As you suggested, here is the pull request for the Intel 211 Ethernet driver addition.
However, I used PlistEdit Pro and it appears it has reformatted your config file. I could be wrong.
Perhaps it is harmless. What do you think?
You can quite easily add it yourself with your preferred editor if you want to keep your config-diff "pretty", I suppose.
