I made 0.0.1 available in the marketplace this morning, but when I try opening a Bazel workspace in VS Code, the Bazel Build Targets view simply shows "There is no data provider registered that can provide view data."

There doesn't seem to be anything useful in the logs, the compiled code is all present in the installed extension, and the Contributions tab shows that the package.json reports that it contributes that view, so it's almost as if the extension startup code isn't running.

The only reference I can find to this error message is a Stack Overflow post from 12 hours ago, which doesn't yet have any responses: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53512544/error-when-extension-is-deployed-there-is-no-data-provider-registered-that-can

I'll have to dig a bit more.

After looking at the dev tools console, it looks like this is the same as #14.
