[Feature request] Instrument Cleanse! 🧼

Hot on the heels of Pattern Cleanse, how about Instrument Cleanse?

e.g. Have an option in the EDIT menu that would DELETE unused instruments i.e. the same behavior as Pattern Cleanse, but for Instruments. May need an "Are you sure?" warning. >_<

I suggest this option does only that.. i.e. it leaves any orphaned BRRs in place... because BRR Cleanse will take care of those if required. And this will prevent users from unwittingly deleting BRRs when they perform an Instrument Cleanse.
