Since PHP 5.6+ can support importing namespaced functions, create a parallel branch to take advantage of that.

Put the new namespaced version in it's own branch and tag with 2.0 to keep distinct from backwards compatible version. Will maintain both at lest until v5.6 gains greater usage

Since namespacing allows a user to create their own function aliases, we are going to drop expect*() functions

Fixes #16
