failed install file incomplete

The problem is result by DNS , you must edit"host " file in windows systerm.
Search codeload.github.com in chinaz
Choose the DNS with the minmum TTL , Ping it in CMD to test , if no passtime ,the DNS is OK.
Add the DNS in the last line of "host" file , and save it . like:
192.30.255.121 codeload.github.com
Then it will ok.
