Sorry, maybe weird question but what purpose of this GitHub repo?
https://github.com/ice-wm/icewm

New 1.6.4 version released already but there is still 1.6.3 version. This is confusing. Can we add this in FAQ or better in description header?

The website ice-wm.org says where you can download the latest release. Simple.

@gijsbers thanks a lot for clarification. There is a lot misinformation on non official non-English resources about that and they wrote exactly the opposite. Sorry for noise.
